Rivora delivers across most serviceable locations within India through trusted logistics partners who follow industry-standard handling practices suitable for skincare and personal care products.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may attract a nominal additional charge. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, orders are handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary due to location constraints, courier operations, weather conditions, or peak periods such as sales and promotional events.

Rivora shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS.

6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at garima@rivorabeauty.com with your order details.
Rivora reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Delivery & Package Inspection

Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging before accepting it.

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform our support team immediately.

Any delivery-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with clear photographs or an unboxing video for verification.
8. Non-Returnable Products (Safety & Hygiene Policy)
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, all Rivora products are non-returnable once delivered.
This policy ensures product safety, prevents contamination, and maintains the highest quality standards for all customers.
However, in case of:

Manufacturing defect
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or an unboxing video for verification.
After review, an appropriate resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit) will be provided at Rivora’s discretion.
9. Failed or Returned Deliveries
Orders returned due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery may be classified as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases, re-shipping or refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
Rivora reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers with repeated RTO instances.
