Introduction

At Rivora, every product is crafted with care and intention. If you encounter an issue, we’re here to support you through a transparent and fair returns process.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

a. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, this product is non-returnable.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. We will arrange a replacement after verification. 

b. Eligibility Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, seals, labels, and outer boxes must be intact

  • Products should not show signs of use, damage, or contamination

  • Manufacturing defects or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours with photo/video proof

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened skincare products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Refund Process

a. Initiating a Request

Email garima@rivorabeauty.com with:

  • Order number

  • Contact details

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting images or video

b. Review & Approval

  • Requests are reviewed within 24–48 business hours

  • Rivora may request additional verification if required

c. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are refundable only in cases of defect or incorrect shipment

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Gift boxes once opened, unless damaged in transit

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a Rivora error or product defect, return shipping will be covered by us

  • For other reasons, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted and return policy applies

6. Policy Updates

Rivora reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
